In Da Lat we stayed at the best hostel called Da Lat Family Hostel. The family who owned it were the nicest people. They made everyone feel like family by having every meal at the dinner table every day. They served food and cocktails. They also had beer pong every night.
We went to the coolest cafe called 100 roofs cafe. They serve coffee, tea, and cookies and cream milk shakes which are amazing. You can get rum or coffee in the milk shake as well. They have a few small food options, but it is under construction to be a full restaurant. After we had drinks the owner of the place showed us around. The owner is an architect and designed the whole place himself. There were narrow little passage ways that led down to a bar and an outdoor patio with a waterfall. Every square inch of the place is so detailed. I definitely recommend checking it out.
Da Lat is known for their wine. We went to a Da Lat wine store and each got a bottle of wine for about $3 and drank on the lake.
We went to a really good pizza place called Bingo Pizza. Right next to the pizza place was a bar that we all went to with the people from our hostel called Beepub.
One of the main touristy things people do in Da Lat is canyoning. It’s basically like rock climbing up a waterfall.
